The city at night truly offers an awe inspiring experience, when the boat floats along the magnificent Parliament Building, or the wonderful Castle Hill on the Buda side of the city. The banks of the Danube were added to the World Heritage List of UNESCO, now you will have the perfect chance to discover the reason behind it. Witness the beauty of the illuminated bridges connecting the two parts of the city, while enjoying traditional gypsy and folk music performed by three members of the world famous Hungaria Folk Ensemble and Orchestra, featuring an extremely talented player of the most famous Hungarian instrument, the "cimbalom". During the performance, guests will also have a chance to ask for their favourite popular songs from the musicians to play.
Taste the different Hungarian and international food specialities prepared by on board chef, Péter Molnárka. The buffet dinner includes various favourites of the Hungarian kitchen, you will have a chance to try the famous “Chicken Parprikasch”, stuffed cabbage, and goulash soup. There are also a wide selection of vegetarian dishes and delicious desserts on board. The unforgettable atmosphere will be guaranteed by live salon music performed by three musicians from the Hungaria Folk ensemble. With the 90 minute cruise at 10pm you will have the chance to travel under all 6 of the main Danube bridges with all of their illuminated glory. If you choose the 120 minutes long 7pm cruise however, between May and October, you will be able to experience the unforgettable sunset behind the hills of Buda and witness the city slowly dressing up in its night gown of light. The panoramic windows of the boat guarantee a magnificent view even while dining and after dinner, guests may enjoy the wonders from the open upper deck, or open-air balconies of the ship and breathe in the sights and sounds of this amazing city.
The Dinner & Cruise programs with live music are also available without dinner. If you book a cruise only with drinks, you can enjoy the beautiful night panorama over a glass of champagne and another glass of soft drink, wine or beer.
