Müpa Is Offering Special Valentine's Day Programs in Budapest

2026.01.21

Special Valentine's Day programs, including a quiz show and a jazz concert, await those interested on February 14th as part of the new initiative called Valentin+ in the Müpa's offer.

The program, called The Great Hungarian Songbook - Valentine's Day Special Edition for Couples, creates an organized, yet light-hearted framework for meetings for the first time in Müpa's history - reads the statement sent to MTI by Müpa.

As they wrote, the programs organized for February 14th will give members of the Müpa+ loyalty program the opportunity to get to know each other better.

According to the information, the evening will start at the Bohém Restaurant for those who have also purchased tickets for the limited-seat extra program, where the Müpa quiz, titled Common Denominator, specifically for single visitors, offers the opportunity to get to know each other in a playful way.
Anyone can participate in the program by joining the Müpa+ loyalty program community.

This will be followed by a concert at the Festival Theater, organized with a longer break than usual, during which popular Hungarian love songs will be performed in a jazz-style performance by the Jazzical Trio, singer Dóra Behumi and actor and musician Benjámin Lengyel.

For those celebrating Valentine's Day as a couple, Müpa is preparing a true classic: in the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall, the melodies composed for Charlie Chaplin's masterpiece, City Lights, a 1931 film about a tramp and a blind flower girl, will come to life in a performance by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra - the announcement reads.
