A new ticket entrance has opened at Budapest Zoo. Visitors can now also begin their zoo adventure from the Biodome, with self-service ticket machines available on-site.

After years of anticipation, the Biodome at the Budapest Zoo is beginning a new chapter with the opening of its central hall as the Biodome Urban Oasis, a permanent indoor attraction that visitors can enjoy throughout the year.

The Biodome and the urban oasis that can be visited all year round will await us all with exotic plants and special animal species, probably from July 1.

In summer, the Budapest Biodome will welcome visitors with exotic plants and animals, as well as a 14.5-meter-high waterfall.

The newest addition to the Budapest Zoo was designed with the needs of small creatures in mind, and an educational trail has also been added. 

A new development at the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden presents the sounds of the gorilla troop living at the Budapest Zoo, allowing visitors to listen to the sounds used by the gorillas in various emotional states and communication situations.

The tiger cub recently arrived at the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden, and over the weekend they shared a few photos of him.
