Sziget Festival 2026: New Names Have Arrived

2026.02.03

Sziget Festival has previously revealed dozens of artists from the August lineup, including Twenty One Pilots, Florence + The Machine, SOMBR and Lewis Capaldi. But now let's see the new names!

Among the more than forty new performers spanning musical genres, we can see – among others – Bring Me The Horizon, who have been headlining the biggest rock festivals, pop diva Zara Larsson, who has been on a huge run after her Midnight Sun album released last year, Loyle Carner, who has risen to the forefront of the hip-hop scene, or the indie-rock formation Wolf Alice, who have emerged with their latest album six months ago.

“To be honest, due to the late start of the organization, I was less confident that we would be able to secure really big names for Sziget 2026. However, comparing our list so far with the offerings of the international festival scene, I see that fortunately we will also be among the best in terms of musical lineup,” said Károly Gerendai, starting the current announcement of Sziget. “But this is just the icing on the cake, as the secret to Sziget’s success has always been that it is not only attractive because of the star performers. It is much more colorful and full of experiences than its competitors. Good concerts can be seen in many places here in Hungary, and even across Europe. Our goal is for the unique atmosphere of Sziget to give our visitors much more than a simple concert experience, but of course we still consider it important that those who are primarily attracted by the star performers are also satisfied, both with the diversity of genres and the quality and relevance of the performers. We try to invite the most exciting, trendiest and of course most popular representatives of every musical genre, because we want Sziget to not only serve the public’s musical taste, but also shape it,” added the festival founder.

Sziget has previously revealed dozens of artists from the August lineup, including Twenty One Pilots, Florence + The Machine, SOMBR and Lewis Capaldi. But now let's see the new names!

Bring Me the Horizon is one of the most successful rock bands in the world, with Grammy nominations, a BRIT Award and more than 7.2 million albums sold worldwide. The band has been seen by the Hungarian audience several times, but in recent years they have taken the next level and have grown into a real stadium band with their spectacular concert shows. By 2026, they have become one of the most influential bands in contemporary rock music and have an unwavering place in the lineup of headliners at the largest international festivals. Zara Larsson's name shines brighter than ever after the release of her album Midnight Sun last year. The Swedish pop diva's latest album is not just another pop album, but a perfect example of how pop music should be made. At her spectacular, high-energy concerts, the visual show, choreography and stunning vocals provide an immersive experience for the audience. In an interview last year, Ellie Rowsell, the lead singer of Wolf Alice, recalled Sziget as the best festival they had ever performed at. The alternative rock diva and her team released the album The Clearing in August 2025, with which they are now returning to their favorite festival. Loyle Carner is one of the most important artists of today's generation. Having been shortlisted for the Mercury Prize twice and nominated for additional BRIT and NME awards, Carner has gained a huge fan base worldwide, with 1.1 billion streams and sold-out concerts. The rapper, known for his inner-motivated and socio-political lyrics, has a lighter side to his latest album, Hopefully!, which will be revealed in August. This year, the world star of electronic dance music, Australian Chet Faker, will also be arriving at Sziget’s Revolut Stage, whose music is characterized by a distinctive blend of soul, electronic and indie pop elements, often with a minimalist production approach. His latest album, A Love For Strangers, will be released in mid-February. Sziget has also announced another Australian-originated name for the Revolut Stage: Parcels, formed in Byron Bay, Australia in 2014. After more than a billion streams, the electropop group released their third studio album, LOVED, in September of last year, a critically acclaimed, multifaceted project. 2025 proved to be a milestone for Parcels, which was marked by sold-out arena concerts in Europe, North America and Australia.

Sziget has also announced several new names on the DJ front. Among others, the English record producer, DJ, singer and songwriter Nia Archives, who travels in the jungle and drum and bass genres, is arriving; one of the most exciting and versatile figures in the DJ world; Argy, of Greek origin, a pioneer of the techno genre and an innovator of live performance and technology; Richie Hawtin, who has been at the forefront of electronic music for several decades; the extremely creative and uncompromising Sara Landry; and the newest ruler of Boiler Room, Yousuke Yukimatsu, who became a construction worker and - after a brain tumor diagnosis - gained immense popularity as a full-time DJ, and who even inserts New Order songs into his mixes.

Among the newly announced Hungarian acts is Beton.Hofi, whose album “0” topped the Album Top 100 last year, which also includes music streaming data, but the list with new names also includes Analog Balaton, Ivan & The Parazol and Mehringer.

The new names announced in alphabetical order: Analog Balaton, Anetha, Argy, Beton.Hofi, Boys Noize, Bring Me The Horizon, Chet Faker, Coco & Breezy, Dimension, Dixon, Funk Tribu, Golden Hours, Health, Ivan & The Parazol, John Coffey, Kolibri, LEAP, Loyle Carner, Mehringer, Naïka, Nation Of Language, Nia Archives, Olympe, Parcels, Perturbator, Richie Hawtin, Rose Gray, Sara Landry, Sef, Sub Focus, Swimming Paul, Sylvie Kreusch, Syreeta, Tripolism, Trym, Vintage Culture, WhoMadeWho, Wolf Alice, Yousuke Yukimatsu, Zara Larsson.

Sziget is now offering 3-day passes, and between February 12-15, Revolut will be offering a great Valentine's Day 5-day pass deal. More information can be found at sziget.hu.
