World-Famour Singer-Rapper Rilés to Perform at Budapest Park
Rilés returns to Hungary: after two Sziget Festival shows, the French-Algerian singer-rapper will give a solo concert at Budapest Park on May 31, 2026.
Zaz will give a concert in Hungary again. One of the most popular French singers and songwriters will perform in Budapest Park on June 29 - the organizers told MTI on Friday.
In their statement, they recalled that Isabelle Geffroy, known by her stage name Zaz, has enchanted the Hungarian audience several times with her sincere musical world and unmistakable voice. She gave concerts in Budapest Park twice (2015, 2019), but also achieved success at VeszprémFest (2022), the Debrecen Campus Festival (2023) and the Paloznak Jazz Picnic (2025).
Zaz debuted in 2010 and quickly became popular with her fresh and unique contemporary pop style, combining gypsy jazz and French chanson.
She performed in several jazz formations before embarking on her solo career. Her first album was released in 2010 and immediately brought her a breakthrough: it not only won the recognition of the music press, but also received a multi-platinum certification.
Her song Je veux was a big hit of the 2010s, and since its release, Zaz has become one of the most distinctive voices on the international music scene. In her music, elements of pop, French chanson and jazz are mixed with instinctive force, and her authentic world has conquered tens of thousands of fans worldwide.
She became the French artist most played abroad and won the prestigious EBBA (European Border Breakers Awards).
Her latest, sixth studio album, Sains et saufs, released last September, is an intimate, deeply human material that has once again been a success, both among critics and the public.
The album's release was followed by a sold-out worldwide tour, and Zaz was a key performer on international festival stages.
