Reserve in advance: make a booking in advance for any group or private sightseeing tours in Budapest, and day-trips in Hungary, dinner & cruise programs. We can cater for generally any special request related to Budapest tourism, such as restaurant reservations or just about anything else. We will reply to your e-mail within 24 hours on workdays.
When every detail has been agreed upon, and you have no more questions, you will receive a printable tour voucher from Budapest.com’s expert organizers.
How to book tours in Budapest with BUDAPEST.COM
You may either write us an e-mail, or telephone us during business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
When you write us an e-mail, please let us know the following:
- Full name of guests or organiser (e.g. Mr Geordie Finbach or ExxonMobil Ltd.)
- Desired program type, date, time (e.g. Danube Bend Tour, 09-July-2008, 08:30 AM)
- Your pick-up address in Budapest or hotel name (e.g. Hilton WestEnd)
- Special requests, demands if any (e.g. vegetarian meals required)
Payment options:
Budapest.com reserves the right to ask for a valid credit card number as a guarantee. This may be waived by
Budapest.com, in which case you may pay by credit card or cash in Budapest to the tour guide.
