Braised Liver
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. chicken or turkey liver
1 green pepper
1 tsp. paprika
salt, pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion
1.Wash and wipe the liver and cut into finger-length
strips.
2. Heat the oil in a sauce pan and add the finely chopped
onions. Fry till the onions turn pale golden. Reduce heat then
add the paprika, stir, then pour in the liver and the finely
cut green pepper rings. Cook on brisk heat for a few minutes
add salt, pepper.
3. Serve with boiled potatoes . Remember chicken liver is
cooked in very short time.
