Hotel Policies:

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs. Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 2.
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
No deposit will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
18 % VAT is included. EUR 1.50 city tax per person per night is excluded. A service charge is not applicable
Please note that room rates on the 31 December include a welcome drink, half board and a gala dinner with program. Guests sleeping in extra beds are charged separately (in addition to the extra bed rate).
