The apartments, fully renovated in 2005 have well-equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower or bath/tub, WC. Each apartment is up to 4/5 people with double/single beds and sofa-beds. Every apartment has a private heating system. Everything (gas, electricity, heating, linen, towels, cleanings etc.) is included in the price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
