Hungarian love to read and many amass significant book collections, beside visiting libraries.
Most libraries have books in Hungarian only; others have multi-language collections, but there are foreign-language only collections as well (such as the British Council Library in Budapest).
Many libraries publish their catalogs online, adding to their popularity.
