Discount travel card at your
hotel front desk
For those that are traveling to Budapest could save some money
this summer by purchasing city cards, which provide unlimited access to
all city public transportation and admission to all tourist sites,
including discounts to all museum and every theater tickets
and even some tours, meals and goods.
The card is available in two packages; for either
two or three days, and a child under 14 are free when
accompanied by an adult.
The price is about $25 for the two-day Budapest Card, about
$31 for the three-day card. The card is sold at hotels,
museums, local tourist information offices and Budapest
Transportation Company offices.
